These notifications may relate to water network performance, water anomalies, alerts, operational events, or other platform-related activity.
WEAD platform notifications are directed only to authorized users designated by the Customer or administrator. The Customer is responsible for managing which individuals within its organization are authorized to receive such notifications and for ensuring that any required internal consent or authorization has been obtained.
9.4 Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your relationship with LeakZon and the nature of the communication.
For example, you may receive messages related to scheduled meetings, demos, support requests, events, account activity, WEAD platform alerts, or service-related notifications.
9.5 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to you from LeakZon and to SMS messages you send to LeakZon.
Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text or data plan.
9.6 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from LeakZon at any time by replying STOP.
After you reply STOP, LeakZon may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from LeakZon unless you opt in again.

9.8 Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.
SMS message delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network provider and is outside LeakZon's control.
9.9 SMS Privacy and No Sharing of Opt-In Data
LeakZon does not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or other organizations for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent are used only for LeakZon communications and for managing and delivering SMS messages that you have agreed to receive.
LeakZon may share limited SMS-related information with trusted service providers, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, hosting providers, customer relationship management tools, and compliance service providers, solely as necessary to deliver SMS messages, manage opt-in and opt-out requests, maintain records, operate the messaging program, and comply with applicable laws and messaging requirements.
